Truss manipulator maintenance knowledge you must know

The maintenance cycle of truss manipulator is necessary to adjust and replace the parts that can be expected to change with time or use, which is called "standard maintenance". The purpose is to keep the robot performance in the best condition, to prevent small problems from becoming big failures, to ensure the continuous operation of the CNC machine tool robot, and to get better economy and longer service life. Therefore, truss robot manipulator maintenance is a must.

1. Do the cleaning and lubrication of each guide surface every day. You need to regularly check and clean the automatic lubrication system for truss manipulator with automatic lubrication system, add lubricant in time and check whether the oil pump starts oiling and stops periodically.
2. Check daily whether the spindle box automatic lubrication system is working normally and replace the spindle box lubricant regularly.
3. Check whether the cooling fan in the electrical cabinet of the truss robot is working normally and whether the air duct filter is blocked and clean the dust attached to it.
4. Pay attention to check the cooling system, check the height of the liquid level, add oil or water in time, and replace and clean the oil and water when they are dirty.
5. Pay attention to check whether there is any abnormal noise in the oil pump of the hydraulic system of the truss robot, whether the working oil level is appropriate, whether the pressure gauge indicates normally, and whether there is any leakage in the pipeline and each joint.
6. Check whether the guide rail and truss robot shield are complete and effective.
7. Check the mechanical accuracy of the moving parts to reduce the deviation of shape and position.
8. Clean up the truss robot every day after work, sweep up the iron chips and wipe the coolant on the guide rail to prevent the guide rail from rusting.
