Maintenance of various components of pneumatic balance crane

As a large-scale special mechanical equipment, the pneumatic balance crane has frequent load-bearing operations and parts are prone to wear and tear after long-term use. To ensure the normal operation of the equipment, we need to strengthen maintenance during normal use. The main maintenance items of this equipment are described below. Let’s get to know together.

1. Lubrication of pneumatic balance hoist, the working performance and service life of each mechanism of pneumatic balance hoist largely depend on lubrication, and lubrication is one of the important contents of equipment maintenance work. Lubrication directly affects the operation and service life of various mechanisms, as well as safety and production efficiency. Therefore, operators and maintenance personnel must regularly check the lubrication status of the lubrication points of the equipment, and promptly supplement and replace lubricants. Lubrication and maintenance should follow the principle of regularly lubricating all mechanical parts with dynamic fit of shafts and holes and friction surfaces. Due to different service conditions (utilization rate and service environment, etc.), the lubrication of different parts of a balanced crane should be appropriately controlled according to the specific situation.

2. Pay attention to the breakage of the steel wire rope in the pneumatic balance hoist. When the wire, strand or wear reaches the scrapping standard, a new rope should be replaced in a timely manner. The available steel wire ropes include phosphating coated steel wire ropes, galvanized steel wire ropes, and smooth steel wire ropes.

3. The pneumatic balance lifting pulley group mainly checks whether the rope groove is worn, whether the wheel rim is cracked, and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft.

4. Pneumatic balance crane wheels, regularly inspect the rims and tread. When the rim is worn or cracked to a thickness of 10%, replace it with a new wheel. When the difference in diameter between the two driving wheels on the tread exceeds D/600, or there are serious scratches on the tread, it should be re polished.

6. Check the pneumatic balance hoist brake once per shift. The brake action should be accurate and the pin shaft should not get stuck. The brake shoe should be correctly installed on the brake wheel, and the clearance between the brake shoes should be equal when releasing the brake.
