The power manipulator uses load detection and air pressure feedback to automatically balance the suspended workpiece so that the workpiece is “suspended” in the air. 2. Corrugated suction cups. Characteristics of the corrugated sucker: good adaptability to uneven surfaces. Grasp the workpiece to enhance the effect; Compensation for different heights; Gently grasp the fragile workpiece; Soft bottom ripple; The shank and upper part of the suction cup have high hardness. Flexible conical seal lip with strong adaptability; Bottom support; There are many kinds of sucker materials. Typical application areas of corrugated suction cups: handling dish-shaped uneven workpieces, such as: automotive metal sheets, cartons, plastic parts, aluminum foil/thermoplastic packaging products, electronic parts.
3. Elliptical suction cups. Oval sucker performance: the best use of absorbable surface; Suitable for long convex workpiece; Stiffened vacuum sucker; Small size large suction; As versatile as flat and corrugated suckers; A variety of sucker materials; The embedded structure has high grasping power (disc type sucker). Typical application areas of elliptical suction cups: handling long and narrow workpieces with small grasping surfaces: such as pipe fittings, geometric workpieces, wood strips, window frames, cartons, tin foil/thermoplastic packaging products.
