Sturdy Column & Articulated Arm:
- The base is reinforced with a heavy steel plate to ensure overall operational stability.
- The dual-joint articulated arm design provides a wide operating radius and smooth, flexible rotation, ensuring full coverage of the workspace with no “blind spots.”
Vacuum Suction & Hoisting System:
- Equipped with a spreader beam featuring dual (or multiple) vacuum cups, providing a large suction area and a secure grip to prevent workpieces from tilting or slipping during transport.
- Uses highly elastic coiled pneumatic tubing that expands and retracts automatically with the lifting height, ensuring a neat and safe layout.
Integrated Control Box:
A dedicated control box and pump/blower system are mounted alongside the column. Equipped with an emergency stop button, status indicators, and selector switches, the system is intuitive to operate and easy to maintain.
Ergonomic Control Handle:
The handle features integrated, intuitive controls for lifting, lowering, and vacuum engagement/release, allowing for precise, “at-your-fingertips” operation.
