Our tire assembly manipulators stand out in the industry with four core advantages, combining stability, efficiency and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of customers:
Core Configuration
The tire assembly manipulator is composed of four core components, which work together to ensure stable and efficient operation:
- End Effector (Fixture): Flexible clamping jaw/arc-shaped arm, equipped with polyurethane soft material to prevent scratches; some are equipped with bead expander and pressure head to assist assembly; the vision system is used for precise centering of wheel holes and axles/rims.
- Multi-DOF Motion Mechanism: It can realize rotation, pitching, lateral movement and lifting; large hydraulic models support 360° rotation and 90° flipping to meet the attitude requirements of different workstations.
- Control System: PLC + touch screen/handle, with force control, limit, overload protection and emergency stop functions; high-end models can be connected to MES system to realize data traceability.
- Safety Components: Anti-fall, anti-misoperation, pressure/position sensors, and some are equipped with video monitoring to assist blind area operation.
Product Features and After-Sales Service
Our tire assembly manipulators adopt modular design, which is easy to install and debug, and can be customized according to customer needs such as working space, tire specifications and production beat. At the same time, we provide comprehensive after-sales service, including on-site installation guidance, operator training, regular maintenance and technical support, to ensure that the equipment operates stably for a long time.
Whether it is automotive assembly lines, tire manufacturing workshops, or engineering machinery maintenance sites, our tire assembly manipulators can provide efficient, precise and safe automated solutions, helping enterprises reduce production costs and improve core competitiveness.
